Dalia Haj-Omar is a human rights activist and blogger from Sudan, who works as a freelance consultant to different civil society organisations. Since 2006, her work has focused on Sudan and promoting peaceful civic engagement in the country. She studied at the American University of Beirut and has two M.A.s in international relations and development economics from the University of Notre Dame and the John Hopkins University. Dalia considers herself a global citizen and currently lives in France.
